Session Options

It is recommended to incorporate both tension release therapy sessions and functional movement training sessions in your treatment plan for maximum results of increasing body awareness, functionality, aligned posture and full range of motion movements paired with coordination.  

Tension Release Sessions

  • 30 minute sessions will be focused on tension release in one specific area of tension/dysfunction

  • 60 minute sessions will be focused on tension release in a specific body region (usually upper or lower body)

  • 90 minute sessions will be devoted to tension release and some assisted stretching of the full body system

Assisted Stretch Session: 30 minutes

  • Assisted stretch consists of being assisted into and supported in numerous yin yoga based stretching postures that will be held for a longer duration of time to allow the body to release into the postures. disengaging and releasing tension throughout the deep tissues increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Mobility Training: Range of Motion-45 minutes

  • Range of motion training consists of identifying compensation patterns that restrict range of motion and retraining the neuromuscular pathways into correct alignment to regain range of motion.

Mobility Training: Calisthenics-60 minutes

  • Calisthenics training consists of bodyweight training that uses your own bodyweight and gravity to improve strength, mobility, endurance and neuromuscular coordination.  Making it easier to move smoothly and more freely in multiple positions, poses and postures.

1 on 1 Yoga Session: 45 minutes

  • Deepening your yoga practice by receiving specific cues and hands on alignments tailored to your body.  Learning proper posture, alignment and engagement to build strength, mobility and neuromuscular connection.

Advanced Yoga Session: 90 minutes

Ashtanga Yoga Focus or 26&2(Bikram) Yoga Focus

  • Deep dive into one of these traditional yoga practices, emphasizing the connection and the coordination of the mind, body and the breath and the importance of all three working in unison to deepen your practice and your connection to self.
